Don’t just take our word for it! Hear from one of our students or read more reviews on our page at GoOverseas.
“I have been learning spoken Levantine Arabic for about three months now online. My teacher is Doha. She is fantastic. I am making steady progress, and she is patient and encouraging. Arabic is more challenging to learn for me. It is helpful that she is a proper language teacher and can explain things well. The materials she is using to teach are really excellent, and the lessons are well planned. All that makes it very helpful as I am a bit older now and have never been a natural linguist!” Alexandra, 48, Online Student.
Types of Online Arabic Courses Offered
Beginner Courses
Our beginner courses are available in Modern Standard Arabic or the Levantine or Palestinian dialects. Beginners will start with basic vocabulary, phrases, and grammar in ‘Arabeasy’ – an English transliteration of Arabic that can help people learn to speak Arabic without needing to be able to read the script. Later in the course, you will be introduced to the Arabic alphabet and work on some basic reading and writing.
This course is focused on speaking and listening skills which enable you to have basic conversations in Arabic from early on!
Intermediate & Advanced Courses
The intermediate and advanced courses build on a beginner foundation, delving deeper into grammar, writing and conversation. Here, you can focus more on a specific dialect, learn vocabulary for a specific topic or purpose, and practice your speaking skills as you get more confident with your vocabulary. These levels also include lessons on the context of Arabic, exploring the history and culture of the language.
These courses focus on building your Arabic in the direction of your language learning goals and giving a well-rounded foundational education.
Conversation & Fluency Courses
These courses focus on developing your speaking confidence and moving you closer to fluency.
You will focus on expanding your vocabulary, sharing your ideas and opinions on different subjects, and practice conversation for real-world settings like travel, work or socialising.
These courses are available for people with a strong foundation in an Arabic dialect and are designed to take your language skills from good to great.

Language Immersion
You will have the opportunity to talk 1:1 with native Arabic speakers, which is undoubtedly the best way to develop your speaking, listening, and comprehension skills. Åke Strandberg – Sweden
I have been taking on-line classes in Colloquial Arabic for about a year and a half now. My teacher is Haya Maswadi and she is really the best possible tutor. Starting as an absolute beginner, I have now learned the alphabet so that I can read and write simple sentences and messages. Learning Arabic this way has been an amazing adventure, and with the help and support of Haya I have made progress far beyond my expectations! My most heartfelt thanks to Haya and the Center!
George El Aurens – Turkey
I had online Arabic lessons with Saja. We initially discussed all my requirements and she fully understood what I was trying to achieve.I was looking for basic day to day conversation Saja subsequently implemented what we had discussed and put in place a well structured series of lessons tailored to my needs and objectives and I was able to achieve my objectives fairly quickly Saja was fun to work with and made learning enjoyable. Highly recommended. I am looking forward to my visit in person next year.
