Engage In Palestine ๐ต๐ธ Bringing People Together
Engage In Palestine is a trademark of the Excellence Center in Hebron, Palestine, established in June 2011. Located on Ein Sarah Street (Street 420), across from Al Hussein Mosque in Building No. 7, Engage in Palestine is situated in the heart of Hebron, West Bank.
It was developed as an expansion of the center’s programs to provide more educational, community development, social and cultural services to Palestinian refugees, orphans, children, women, youth, orphanes, and community members in and around Hebron as well as for the international participants who come from all corners of the world to volunteer, intern, or study Arabic in the West Bank, Palestine.

Volunteer and Internship Programs
Engage In Palestine proudly offers a diverse range of volunteer and internship programs in the West Bank that address essential topics. Our programs span human rights, English teaching, Palestinian women’s rights, support for Palestinian refugees and children, media and journalism, Palestinian culture and politics, the Palestinian legal system, and a comprehensive exploration of the intricate political history and the current situation in Palestine and Israel.

Time and Duration
Volunteers, interns, and Arabic students have the flexibility to join our programs in Palestine for durations ranging fromย 1 to 13 weeksย at any time of the year, includingย spring, summer, fall, and winter. We can accommodate your preferred starting and ending dates.
All majors, professions, and nationalities are welcome to apply. To participate in our internship and volunteer programs, applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Intensive Arabic Courses
At Engage in Palestine, you can take Arabic courses at any level, from Starter to Advanced. You can join immersive classes in Palestine, participate in summer or winter intensive programs, or take lessons online. Youโll learn Levantine Arabic (Ammiya or Shami), the Palestinian dialect, or Modern Standard Arabic, all with experienced Palestinian teachers guiding you.
Our Arabic programs are designed to fit your schedule, so you can start and finish whenever it works best for you. Choose from super-intensive courses with 30+ hours per week, intensive courses with 20 hours per week, or regular classes at 10 hours per week. Youโll combine focused Arabic learning with a rich experience of Palestinian culture, all available year-round.

Our Human Rights Program
Engage In Palestine is committed to helping you experience the realities of life in the West Bank. By connecting you with local communities, your participation helps amplify the voices and stories of Palestinians.
In our Human Rights Volunteer Program, youโll explore human rights issues firsthand, visit families, villages, NGOs, and Palestinian community centers, and take part in advocacy and community initiatives. Along the way, youโll immerse yourself in Palestinian culture, language, and traditions.
